If you don’t fall into these categories, can’t stomach hot man-on-man action, or if you have no idea what the above acronyms mean, please back away from BEATS now. This isn’t the book you’re looking for. Failure to heed this warning could inadvertently throw unauthorized users into a persistent vegetative state, or at the very least, require administration of a defibrillator to the chest and/or groin area. Nobody wants that.

First off, you gotta love a book that comes with a warning. I fell for the first book in this series, Strings, because of the warning. I had to have it. Nothing could come between me and Strings until it was sitting in my hot little hands via an app on my phone. The day I got it, I stayed up WAY past my bedtime because I couldn't put it down. And it was H O T! So after reading Strings, I jumped back online to stalk follow the author, Kendall Grey. And follow her I did. I'm not sure that there is a corner of the internet that Kendalls name has been mentioned that I haven't seen. I KNEW I had to have Beats the moment it was released. This morning, I was hanging out on her Facebook fan club page, Rockers and Harlots, hoping against all hope that she would take pity on us mere mortals and release early. And there I saw it. A screenshot of her friend pressing publish because Kendall (self-confessedly) didn't have the balls to click that button that could bring great joy upon the masses. I'm eternally grateful to her friend for doing it for her.
Beats takes up the reigns where Strings left us dangling like the poor lost souls that we are without the wise words from Letty, the band's singer, to guide us. I want to be best friends with Letty, by the way. The words that come out of her mouth would make a sailor blush... Which means that I've totally stolen some of her phrases. I admit it. When I'm not online, I curse with every other word. It's fun and it drives my mother insane. Win-win situation there. :)
Jinx is in love with Toombs. We've all been there, fallen for the bad boy (I got to keep mine, yay!). It's fun, but comes with a lot of drama. Dramas new name is Rax Wrathbone. Somethings going on between him and Toombs and it makes Jinx want to stay out of the mix because all she wants is Toombs. Speaking of, there is a t-shirt with this quote on it. I want it. I need it. I'm poor. Seriously. I saved a $5 gift card that I won on another book site almost two months ago to buy this book so if anyone wants to do me a solid, I wear a size large.
The series Hard Rock Harlots is raunchy, lustful, and guaranteed to make you change your panties at least once. It isn't your usual 'dirty book' because it has a story behind it. Even as you rub one out for yourself you can't help falling in love with the characters. I could talk for hours about this book, but I won't. I'd give too much away. So I'll leave you with a few quotes from both books that I found particularly awesome.
